Jonae is a senior at Burke High School and is serving their second year as a staff member and first year as an editor for Literacy Arts. They play cello and bass which shows their love for music, while also being on Color Guard for their third year, and second year as a Captain.

Emily Douglas is a Senior at Burke; she is a second-year staffer and The Burke Beat Social Media Manager. She is involved in other activities like Theatre and takes on many leadership roles such as the Burke Choir Vice President and has been the Burke Dance Team Captain for her Junior and Senior year.
