Although the calendar says October, the warm summer weather still sticks around in the afternoons and hoodies stay hung up at home. Students are starting to get impatient waiting for the fall weather to fully arrive.
For some students, the slow change of scenery outside is one of the best parts of the fall season.
“I’m ready for the fall weather,” said Marleigh Fitzgerald. “I really like how pretty it starts to look outside with all the leaves falling all over the cars and trees, I think it’s super pretty.”
While the trees changing catches some of our student’s attention, others are focused more on changing up their outfits. For many students fall isn’t just a season, but a chance to dress cozier and switch up their style.
“I’m definitely ready to wear the coats, the boots, the jeans, the sweatpants, the hairstyles, the makeup, everything. I love it.” Angie Flores said.
Flores isn’t alone. For students who enjoy dressing for colder weather, fall allows for many more possibilities than the summer ever could. The signs of fall are beginning to show just enough to start getting students excited.
“I’m excited to wear fall clothes because there’s just more style,” said Avion Watts. “Fall or clothes for colder weather has more options than wearing shorts and a T-shirt every day.”
